Hydraulic roll groovers are used to form precision grooves on pipe ends for mechanical pipe joining. The grooving process uses hydraulic pressure and specially designed rollers to create accurate grooves on the pipe surface, providing a fast and reliable alternative to welding and threaded connections. These machines are widely used in fire protection systems, HVAC installations, drainage systems, industrial piping, and other applications where efficient pipe installation is required.
Our hydraulic roll groovers process carbon steel and stainless-steel pipes from 3/4" to 32". The product range includes lightweight portable models for on-site work, integrated floor-standing machines for high-volume workshop production, and dual-function models capable of both grooving and forming. The roll grooving machines are suitable for straight pipes, elbows, tees, and other pipe fittings, and can also perform groove end forming for different installation requirements.
