The roll grooving machine applies radial pressure through upper and lower rollers, forcing the pipe wall material to plastically deform and form a circular groove at the pipe end for coupling connection. The grooving process produces no chips and does not affect the original pipe strength. Its compact structure supports easy transport and use in narrow spaces or job sites for medium-batch grooving operations. Its height can be adjusted according to site requirements. It is suitable for grooving 1"–12" (DN25–DN300) carbon steel and stainless steel pipes.
